As 2025 draws to a close, we extend our sincere gratitude for your continued partnership and valuable support throughout the year.
Please take note of the following important dates and operational details for the holiday period:
Annual Software Production Deployment Freeze
To ensure system stability during the holiday season, we will implement our annual Software Production Deployment Freeze.
Freeze Period: 1 December 2025 through 5 January 2026.
Impact: No new software releases or updates will be deployed to the production environment during this time.
Resumption: All production-related deployment activities will resume on 5 January 2026.
Feasibility Updates and Support Coverage
Final Feasibility Update (2025): Friday, 12 December 2025.
First Feasibility Update (2026): Friday, 9 January 2026.
Online Services Standby Support: Standby support will be available for all online services from 12 December 2025 until 5 January 2026.
Uninterrupted Monitoring: Monitoring of all services and billing accounts will continue without interruption throughout the entire freeze period.
