At 28East, we believe that true partnership means empowering our clients. That's why customisation has always been a core pillar of our solution. We know that a one-size-fits-all approach just doesn't work in the competitive world of internet service providers. We’ve always offered a high level of customisation, from branding your application with your logo to tailoring the look and feel of your coverage map.

Take Control of Your Feasibility Responses

We're thrilled to announce the latest evolution in our customisation suite: you can now fully customise the feasibility responses themselves! This new capability provides you with even more control over how network and product information is displayed to your customers.

Here's what you can now do:

  • Custom Naming: You can rename the network provider, the service type, and even the names of feasible products. For example, a response that previously said "Home Fibre" can now be changed to "FTTH," or "Metro" can be renamed to "Business Fibre." This makes it much easier to integrate our feasibility responses with your internal systems and workflows, like mapping our data directly to your existing product catalogs.

  • Prioritise Your Partners: You can now customise the order of responses in your feasibility applications. If you have a preferred network provider, you can set the system to always display that provider at the top of the list. This ensures that your most strategic partners or preferred services are highlighted first, giving you a competitive edge and better control over the customer journey.

This new level of control isn't just about changing names or reordering lists; it's about providing a more seamless, integrated, and efficient solution that perfectly aligns with your business needs.
